Based in beautiful Lucas Valley in Northern San Rafael, Julie's All Body Fitness offers small group training both indoors and outdoors. Classes are offered three times a week and all are held locally.
My training focus is on fun, full body workouts that incorporate, cardiovascular, strength and core conditioning using body weight, medicine balls, resistance tubing, plyometrics and balance work. With regular attendance, my students can expect to see improvements in cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and tone, balance and flexibility. Our groups sizes vary between 3-10 people, all are welcome (men too!!). Most fitness levels can be accommodated with modifications being offered to either decrease or increase intensity. I try to foster a friendly, open and supportive atmosphere where clients can work hard, have fun and take some much needed personal time.
I believe you can turn any playground, park, hill or back yard in to your own personal gym and I will show you how. I believe in the power of group exercise and building a fitness community to keep you going through those rough patches or periods of inertia.
